Complete convention management

For groups from 400 to 10,000, AHI is prepared to assume all or part of your association's pre-convention, onsite, and post-convention management services.

Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales

AHI had enjoyed significant success in the sales of exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities. Our expertise ranges from development of packages to post-convention follow up with exhibitors and sponsors. Our team provides full service sponsorship cultivation including calling, prospecting and developing creative sponsorship packages that meet your financial goals and your exhibitors' marketing objectives.  We also handle all aspects of the management of your exhibition hall including coordinating and negotiating with decorators, freight, and union, onsite management of move-in and move-out, and troubleshooting any issues or concerns from exhibitors. Annually we exceed $6M in exhibit and sponsorship sales. 

Site Selection

At your direction, AHI will research prospective host cities, present you with multiple options that compare rates, dates of availability, accessibility for attendees, and general convention flow. Furthermore, AHI will negotiate all hotel, convention center, and outside venues to your satisfaction relating to budget and needs.

Registration

AHI offers complete registration services from establishing pre-convention registration websites, onsite registration support and management, and post-convention reporting.  Let us handle the many details that accompany the registration process including payment processing, confirmation letters, registrant changes, VIP processing, speaker and exhibitor registration, and handling all questions and concerns.
